Field Permits Are Now Posted in Link on Navigation Menu to the Right

Practice Field Usage Rules:

- stick to your assigned practice time slot

- have field permits with you (from our website, printed or downloaded onto phone or tablet)

- have Medical Waiver, and Liability Release & Conduct forms with you

- No animals/pets on fields other than official service animals (owners will have proper papers)

- No smoking nor alcohol allowed on field

- Portable goals at WTW & Rob must be weighted down with sandbags when used

When inclement weather threatens play, BRYC officials walk the fields early game day morning to assess playing conditions. If adverse conditions at a field--usually, substantial amounts of standing water--are determined to pose a threat of injury to the players or damage to the field, all games scheduled at the field for the entire day are canceled and an announcement is placed on the BRYC Rainout Line ((571-701-2782) and it will be updated at 7:00 a.m. Note that BRYC officials may cancel games at certain fields, while allowing games at other fields to proceed.

When BRYC officials determine fields are playable despite inclement weather conditions, a message that games will be played as scheduled is placed on the hotline. If inclement weather continues, the trainers, in consultation with the league director decides whether to proceed with the scheduled game. Games terminated after half of the game has been played are considered complete.

Thunder and Lightning Policy:
IN CASE OF THUNDER OR LIGHTNING IN THE IMMEDIATE AREA, PLAY WILL BE SUSPENDED IMMEDIATELY!! Everyone (no exceptions) must immediately leave the field, seek shelter in their vehicles, and wait 30 minutes. The 30-minute waiting period starts again if additional thunder/lightning is observed. If inclement weather persists, your trainers will terminate the session.

From Braddock Road turn north on Woodland Way. Turn left onto Queen Elizabeth Blvd. Proceed up the hill and at stop sign turn right onto Springbrook Drive. At stop sign turn right onto Willet Drive. School is one block on the right. Gym entrance is off right side of building near first parking lot.

Chapel Square(Sprague Center) grass field
4414 Holborn Avenue
Annandale, Virginia

From Braddock Road [RTE 620] turn north on Wakefield Chapel Road and right on Holborn Avenue. Proceed up the hill and through the stop at Toll House Road. Field is on the left about 3/10 mile past Toll House. (From Little River Turnpike [RTE 236] Park turn south on Wakefield Chapel Road and left on Toll House Road. Turn left again on Holborn Avenue.) Park in front or behind the Sprague Center building, or in the circular drive next to the field. Map practice areas

Idylwood Park (U13-U19 games only)

Take I-495 exit to Gallows Road north. Proceed 3.1 miles on Gallows Road (past Dun Loring Metro station, Dun Loring Park and W&OD Trail) to right at light at Idylwood Road. Continue on Idylwood Road .7 miles, to Virginia Lane, the first right after crossing over I-495. Take Virginia Lane .3 mile to a gravel road into park on right, just before reaching I-66.

Alternatively, I-495 to I-66 east (toward DC) to first exit (#66), Route 7. Left (west) on Route 7, crossing under I-66, .3 mile to left at light on Idylwood Road. Follow Idylwood Road .9 miles to left on Virginia Lane. Follow Virginia Lane as above. Map

Kings Park Elementary School grass fields

From Braddock Road turn south at the light at Kings Park Drive, then left on Clydesdale to a laft on either Eaton or Harrow Way....or turn south on Southampton Drive. Turn right on Clydesdale Road. Take first right on Harrow Way to the school.

Lake Braddock Park (Lower and Upper) grass fields

From the West (Fairfax) head east on Braddock Road (towards the Beltway). Turn right on Guinea Road, then take the first left onto Olley Lane. Go to the stop sign at the end of Olley Lane. Turn Right on Lake Braddock Drive. The "lower" field is immediately through the trees on the right. The "upper" field is up the stairs on the other side of the "lower" field. Parking is on the road.

From the Beltway, take Braddock Road West. In a little less than two miles, angle left at the stoplight onto Burke Lake Road. Turn right on Lake Braddock Drive just after passing Lake Braddock High School. The field is about 1/3 mile ahead, on the right just past the stop sign at Olley Lane. Map LBL practices areas
Laurel Ridge Elementary School grass fields

From Braddock Road turn south on Guinea Road for .6 miles. At the light, where Guinea Road takes a hard left turn, CONTINUE straight onto Commonwealth Blvd. Proceed 1.1 mikles to the school on the right.
Little Run Elementary grass field, 4511 Olley Lane, Fairfax

On Olley Lane between Braddock Road and Little River Turnpike. Heading from Braddock Road, Little Run

will be on the right in about 1/2 mile. Parking adjacent to the field. Map Practice field areas.

Newington (U13 to U19 games only)

From Fairfax Parkway to Hooes Rd. South. Left on Silverbrook Rd. Left on Monacan Rd. (Gravel Rd., by Nursery) Bear left at sign for Newington Heights Field. Walk to soccer fields, which are beyond the baseball field.

Preferred alternative: After you’re on Silverbrook, take your first left onto South Run Road. The fifth road turning to the right is Silverdale Rd., which is just a short distance from the field (opposite side from the baseball field). Park on South Run Rd. & walk to field. (You can also take 123 S to a left on Silverbrook Rd., follow remaining directions. (In this case, turn right on South Run Rd. after you pass Monacan Rd.)

Second alternative: 95 South to Lorton exit. Right on Lorton Rd. At top of hill Turn Right onto Silverbrook Rd. Take Silverbrook to Monacan, right on Monacan. For the street parking above, continue past Monacan Turn Right onto South Run Rd.

From the Beltway take 66West., Exit to

toward Vienna . Left at Old Courthouse Rd. Left into Nottoway Park . Follow road all the way back bearing right around turn to field.

Oak Marr Recreation Center (U13-U19 games only)

From Springfield/Burke/Annandale take Braddock Road (Route 620) or Little River Turnpike (Route 236) west to Route 123 North thru downtown Fairfax towards Oakton. Jermantown Road is the second traffic light after you cross over Route 66. Turn left onto Jermantown Rd. Turn right at the light at Arrowhead Drive into the Oak Marr complex. Bear left and go past the miniature golf course. Fields are near the back of the parking area. The Rec Center will be on the right.

Alternatively, take Route 66 West to Route 123 North. From Route 123 North turn left onto Jermantown Road at the second stop light. Oak Marr RECenter will be on the right. Map

From the beltway inner look, take the Gallows Road exit, turning left at the top of the ramp onto Gallows Road, and left again almost immediately after crossing over the beltway, onto Woodburn Road. Pass the medical office buildings on the left and Fairfax Hospital on the right, going about 400 yards to the park entrance on the left..

From Fairfax, follow Little River Turnpike (Route 236) East. Turn left at the light onto Woodburn Road (immediately after the light at Prosperity Avenue). At the stop sign, turn right to continue on Woodburn. Follow just over one mile to a right turn at the traffic light, still on Woodburn. After the turn, the park entrance is immediately on the right.
- Park Turf Rule: no chairs/canopies/insta-team benches on the turf
- Park Turf Rule: no blankets or mats on the turf
- Park Turf Rule: no dogs within 15 yards of the sidelines
- Park Turf Rule: no food nor non-plain-water drink on the turf

DO NOT use the Sideburn Road address in your GPS! Parking is off Roberts Road. From I-495 travel west on Braddock Road to Roberts Road. Turn left onto Roberts Road and travel .3 miles to the entrance to Robinson S.S. on the right at Cascade Road. Park in the main school lot in front of the school. To reach the Bermuda Grass Field, walk through the stadium entrance and climb the stairs to the left of the snack bar. Follow the path by the baseball field to the second set of stairs that leads to the Bermuda Grass Field.

Braddock Road (Route 620) immediately outside the beltway (Route 495). Heading toward the beltway, the entrance to Wakefield Park is on the left, at a stop signal for Queensbury Road on the right. Continue down the park road about 1/2 mile to the Rec Center on the left. The soccer field is located behind the Rec Center building. Map

Just off Little River Turnpike (Route 236) between Wakefield Chapel Road and Prosperity. From the beltway (Route 495) go past Northern Virginia Community College and turn right on Woodburn Rd. From Fairfax, Woodburn Rd. will be the left hand turn immediately after the signal for Prosperity. Take the first right off Woodburn into the Fairfax County Police station. The field is behind the police station on the right. Park in the back section of the police parking lot. Map practice areas

Woodson East Bermuda grass field (as of Fall 2019)

Woodson East is located between Frost Middle School and the Woodson HS stadium field. From the beltway, take Little River Turnpike (Route 236) west. At the Fairfax City line, turn left at the light onto Picket Road. Go to the end of Pickett Road and park in the Frost MS parking lot. The field is located down the hill behind Frost MS.
