BRYC Recreational Soccer Financial Assistance Policy
Introductions
BRYC is committed to ensuring that all children who wish to participate in BRYC programs have the opportunity to do so, regardless of their family’s financial situation. Our financial aid policy provides full or partial fee waivers to BRYC members in need of assistance while maintaining responsible stewardship of BRYC funds.
Applicability
BRYC believes that financial constraints should not prevent any child from participating in our programs. We strive to provide opportunities for players who demonstrate financial need while ensuring that available funds are allocated responsibly and fairly.
Confidentiality
To protect the privacy of BRYC families and to ensure accountability regarding financial assistance, all information related to financial aid applications is handled confidentially. Only designated BRYC board members and program commissioners will have access to this information. The names of children receiving financial aid will not be disclosed beyond the necessary administrative personnel unless required by federal, state, or county government entities (including law enforcement organizations) or a court order. BRYC is dedicated to ensuring that every child has the opportunity to play soccer and enjoy the benefits of team sports. If you have any questions regarding financial assistance, please contact BRYC Administration for further details.
