Policies & Procedures Manual
Not sure what a League Director does? Wonder how teams are organized? Do you want more of the specifics on how the Recreational Soccer program operates? The Executive Committee has adopted an updated Policies and Procedures Manual.
Goal Safety Policy

Moveable goals, when not properly anchored, pose an unnecessary risk of tip-over that has led to serious injury and death of soccer players. That’s why you cannot use these goals for practices and training sessions.  Read our Goal Safety Policy for more information.

Medical Release Form
Each BRYC player must provide certain medical insurance information in order for the coach/league to deal with medical emergencies.  Please print, complete, and sign the Medical Release form; then give it to your coach.
Liability Release and Conduct Agreement
Each BRYC player must agree to the certain policies regarding BRYC liability, and adhere to BRYC’s rules of conduct in order to participate.  Print and sign the Liability Release and Conduct Agreement; then give it to your coach. (REV 6/13)
Coaches' Handbook
New to coaching?  New to BRYC?  The Coach’s Handbook is a ready reference to the most important policies and procedures of the league, as well as some helpful advice on team management.  It’s a "must read" for all new coaches.  Please note that this is a legacy document and is no longer being updated; refer to the Policies and Procedures Manual for the most recent guidance.
Parents' Handbook
What is the number one guideline for BRYC parents? Support your child! Whether you’re new to BRYC Soccer or have been around for a while, you’ll want to check out the information in our newly updated Parents’ Handbook (last updated September 2007).  It contains information on how to register, how teams are set up, what your child needs to play, what you can expect from the soccer season, and a special section on the most commonly asked questions and answers.  Please note that this is a legacy document and is no longer being updated; refer to the Policies and Procedures Manual for the most recent guidance.
